It is highly recommended that 7.65mm Browning FMJ (round nose) be used to ensure excellent reliability during cycling. CSA VZ61s utilize original C.I.P. spec 7.65mm Browning barrels. For this reason, we do not recommend American manufactured (SAAMI spec) ammunition as it often results in feeding issues.

We tested and can recommend European imported ammo that utilize C.I.P. spec: Prvi Partizan or Sellier and Bellot.
